Me and my flatmate signed onto an upper flat in Heaton for our next academic year, however due to personal reasons we are looking for 2 or 3 students to take over the property from us.

The property is £55 per person per week or £715 pcm based on 3 sharers.
Located on Hotspur Street, Heaton. Near the park and less than 10 minutes walk to either University.
