GCSE AQA English Language Unit 1

As soon as you begin the English Language exam are you allowed to start writing and answering the questions straight away, or do you have to spend 15 mins reading and annotating without writing or answering any questions??
You're allowed to do it in any order but I find it helps if you just read and highlight features for 15 minutes with question 4 in mind :smile:
You don't have to, I know a lot of people will but I'd rather read source 1 then do Q1 then read source 2 and do Q2 etc otherwise I'll just forget my answers

hey guys i got a C for english language unit 3 controlled assessment which was 1 mark away from a B, if i get an A or A* for the exam what will my grade average out to???
