I'm in my AS year, and have been doing Chemistry, Biology and History. Ever since January, I have absolutely hated Chemistry (and I'm absolutely no good at it), to the point of wanting to drop out, so I asked my head of sixth form if I could move to English Literature next year, and she said I could.

My Sixth Form is closing down, so I will be doing the full course in a year, but I'll be completing most of the catch up work for AS in the holidays. I'll have help from my friends and the English teacher thinks I'm more than capable to do English Lit, but I need some extra resources and guidance on what to look for in texts,

I'll be studying English Literature A, with AQA and the texts are; The Great Gatsby, Wuthering Heights and Othello, as well as post-1900 Poetry.

Any textbook and guide recommendations and general help would be greatly appreciated.
