I don't get upset that often, but it either goes two ways for me;
1) I'll just carry on with work as normal, but wont eat anything for ages
2) I'll go biking or (heaven forbid) have a laugh with my sister
Probably having a ****(poop) tbh, or just follow the smell of alcohol

I tend to just flop on my bed and curl up, but the woods are there if I need space too...

Go for a 2-4hr walk and try and discover places, I did that yesterday and it didn't end up healing me temporally. It ended up with me getting nostalgic when I encountered a place I went to when I was 9 and then another place I went to at 10 than 11 which lead be to contemplate suicide in the most "rational" way.

Lmaoo no my tele screen broke like there's lines on it and we can't see crap so...Amber will have to fend for herself. :moon:
