by training in Martial art does your fitness improve?

    Yes but some more than others. I don't think it's just about the specific martial art but as much the specific class- instructors have their own style. Most areas have a good few to choose from so you can go try (usually first class or two is free) and see which works best for you. Given fitness is your goal (I assume) then you want to place 'physically challenging' quite high up on your considerations in deciding

    Muay Thai will if you keep it up, I only go here and there but I never fail to leave drenched in sweat after a one hour session :lol:
