Not sure :frown: both of my arms/shoulders have been hurting for a few days, but the pain in my right arm at the moment is unbearable :cry2:

Do you think you'll be able to sleep with it like that? If so, I think your best bet is to elevate them with cushions or something and try to get some rest :hugs:

I just took a nurofen (not sure if I should have :erm:) for the pain so hopefully it should decrease soon. Will probably start watching something and then drift off in the middle :smile:

I'm sure it's better than nothing and hopefully some of the pain will be gone by the morning, make sure you get it checked out if not :tongue:

No worries! I'm ok, ups and downs so far this week but not too bad :smile:
