Okay, so there's the question. (Q26 Calculator November 2013 Paper)

Okay, so I started off trying to find angle CBA first because once we found that we could find the other angle and then get the length of LN or BC in my case because i changed the letters, but I'm not sure what I have done wrong. Also, would it be appropriate / okay to change the letters on the triangle to A B C and little abc because that's what I did there, I crossed out the other letters and put them in, (otherwise i get confused). Furthermore how many marks would I have achieved by doing what I have done there?

Huh what the flip im still getting 1.927839314

I typed this into the calc sin(136 / 15.7

Then whatever that gives multiply by 12.8

I hope you're in degree mode. I also hope that you're doing sin (136)/15.7 and not sin (136/15.7)...

Okay makes sense didn't bracket it. But from here on where do we go because surely 0.5663 can't be an angle loool.

...you have sin B = 0.5663, surely you can find the angle from that?
