My sisters dress finally came today, however it does not fit properly and is very loose and has a train even though she specifically said she didn't want one

My sister ordered hers from Hong Kong over 4 week ago and it still hasn't been shipped yet. Our prom is on the 1st July so she is worried as they have already took the payment. I think the website is called Shillas??
**** no Shillas is most definitely a dodgy website, I was about to order my dress from there too until I read the reviews
