Not sure if anyone else has this issue but it makes me really self conscious about being in bikinis - I have a 'banana roll' as people like to call it underneath my left bum cheek. I have done a lot of research and most causes of it seem to be gaining weight, but I have been slim all my life. I am 16 and going on holiday next month so am wondering does anyone else have this issue too? And does anyone have any exercises I could do to help get rid of it?

Only way we can give some valuable advice is if we get some photo evidence....for science

You can't really lose fat in a specific target area. The only way to lose fat is by reducing your overall fat percentage but sounds like you don't really need to lose weight.

Heard that a lot of people have it so it's normal - plus I doubt anyone's going to pay that much of a close attention.
