Edexcel A2 History Unit 3D - Need help!

I'm doing the Unit 3D for Edexcel A2 History (From Kaiser to Fuhrer) and want to know about the structure of the Section A essay since the exam is only a week away (I have learnt the content and I m solid on it, just need a bit of tweaking in the structure).

Is it okay if I debate myself in a paragraph (will this look like contrasting evidence and be seen negatively) or do I simply list an example for something and in the next paragraph just debate it then? Don't really want to find out I was wrong on results day!
