I drank 4 cups of water in a row i vomit.
    I repeat i vomit.
    I repeat i vomit.
    Have a found my capacity?
    How do i increase this?
I want to be able to eat more and drink more.
I generally have no appetite what so ever and im really angry about it.
    Cause i want to grow.

    really foolish method really,
And 3/4 cups in a row, would make you really uncomfortable on a non empty stomach

If i were you id probably have that looked into 4 cups of water should by no stretch cause that reaction [in general]
Either way the only thing i can think of is taking anti-emetics especially as doing this with the intention of pushing yourself to vomit is bad for you; destroys everything on the way up.
