Fp2: the answer for part b and mine doesn't match. Why?

    Pics of question 10 and answer attached below. The answer to part b shows that region R is to the right of u=2 which means it shows the region u>2. Here's my working Name:  IMG_20160605_164938.jpg

Size:  342.8 KB i assumed u<2 since mod(z-4)<4 and so the region R should lie towards the left of the bisector (less positive region).

    The other question i have is should region R stretch from the bisector to infinity or be limited by u=0 according to my diagram?

    |z-4| < 4 implies |4-w| < |w|

    I.e. points satisfying relationship are closer to 4, than they are to 0, hence to the right of u=2, and off to infinity.
