I finished my first year at university a few weeks ago so I should be feeling relaxed. However, due to numerous factors I just seem to be anxious all the time. There could be numerous reasons for this. Firstly, I feel as though I failed my last exam. Secondly, I've booked my first driving lesson for Thursday which I've put off for some time. Thirdly, I'm starting to go bald aged 19. But on top of all this, the overriding factor seems to be that for some reason I feel as though the remaining 3+ months I have off university isn't a long time. I kind of enjoyed first year, but I much prefer staying at home. When I break it down into the amount of days I have left before I have to go back I start to panic a bit and feel as though I'm wasting time just watching box sets and YouTube videos.
There are things that I would normally look forward to but my excitement seems diminished e.g. today Soccer Aid and Game of Thrones are on.
Should I go to the doctors with this problem? I just hate that I find it hard to enjoy this holiday because I can't help counting down the days until the dreaded day I go back to university, or even the day I will probably have to resit my exam.
Thanks in advance.
Feel like I have anxiety... feel on edge all the time
