I am a second year psychology student, and I am planning my dissertation. My aim is to involve organisational psychology within my dissertation, but I am scared I am not allowed to. My aim is to include social influences and possibly cognitive neurology which my increase or decrease the relations in customer service.

Or if anyone is familiar with the British Airways new approach of learning, employees learn how to diversify themselves which involves the social cognitive theory. Does anyone know how i could apply any of these ideas to my final year psychology dissertation please :'(!

    Slightly panicking...

Have you got a potential supervisor in organisational psych that you can talk to?
