SFE: Am I eligible for 'top up' UG funding if I already have a PgCert?

Hello, hopefully someone can advise me on this as I can't seem to find any info online.

I have a DipHE and a PgCert, but I don't have a full undergraduate degree. I was accepted to the PgCert on the basis of experience in the subject, but I cannot move forward in my career without an honours degree.

I've previously self-funded all my education, so I haven't had a student loan before.

Would I be eligible for a tuition fee loan from SFE for the remaining 120 credits of my undergraduate degree if I already have a PgCert? I was hoping to apply to the OU to top up the DipHE to a BSc(Hons).

It doesn't matter who funded your previous study. If you've got a qualification higher than what you want funding for, they won't fund it, (with a few exceptions) sorry.
