HRM - CIPD diploma level 5 or first degree?

Hello everyone,

I have got a place for "Business with Human resources management" at University in London starting the 19th September 2016. While I was doing some research in order to understand which one could be the best choice between going to study for undergraduate course or simply opting for a CIPD level 5 diploma, I had some concerns I would like to share with you:

- Do you guys think that both degree or CIPD diploma have the same importance in terms of future career?
- If yes, would you opt for a CIPD qualification which will be either cheaper and faster to obtain then a 3 years undergraduate course at any university in London?

I look forward hearing your opinions!
Thanks very much

Is the degree course CIPD accredited?

It really depends on what you wanted to do. If you're looking to go into HR a CIPD qualification at level 5 would be very advantageous, although not always essential.
