tips on starting private tutoring?

So there is that girl who needs a little bit of tutoring for Spanish for her a-levels to pass. I'd like to take this opportunity, however, i have never done anything like that before. Anyone can help?
Like what would you expect from me or other things you can think about and might result helpful.
What would I expect you to do to help my child? Just go through things with my child and try to help them. I imagine practicing talking/listening would also be helpful.
If you mean what would I expect from you if I was paying you to tutor my child? To be a fully qualified Spanish teacher.
