Epq help!!!!!

Okay, so I'm Currently an As Student, and I'm doing my EPQ next year, however college have asked me to come up with a topic to do my project on... My plan is to study paramedic science at university, and they have advised me to do my EPQ on something to do with this, and I'm really bad at coming up with ideas for this sort of thing so I'm looking for some help finding a title!! Any help is much appreciated!!!!
I'm in year 13 and have finished EPQ, I know it sounds annoying but the whole point is to come up with a title yourself. Just do lots of research and a question title will come to you at some point, it took me ages to think of one
