Essentially I have a choice between a £50 a week place but contract starts next week, 3 minutes walk to an Asda 9 minutes walk to train station.

Or another place £60 a week but not available to 3rd July. which is just around corner so 6 minutes to Asda and 12 to station.

    Moving out around 15th August.

Both are comparable properties but the 1st may be harder to stay short term but in terms of cost both will be basically the same bearing in mind the 2nd one is available less time.

In no real rush to move but will be nice as can stay at relatives for a few weeks.

I think both come without bills but thats not a definate or should I say the price on 2nd may be cheaper than I thought as its £65 a week in term time including all bills and the £50 just has internet but have to pay everything myself.

The wild card is I will be away a lot which is why I was trying to find out whats cheaper for the period.
