How Bad Is A 2:2 Really?

Well I'm awaiting my exam results for final year and as it stands I just might scrape a 2:1 but if worse comes to worst then I'm getting a 2:2.

Most of the grad jobs I see posted are asking for a 2:1 at least, as well as master's courses and the like.

Has anyone on here finished with a 2:2 but still managed to get a grad job without jumping through hurdles and waiting forever?

I've got a grad job lined up but it depends on me getting a 2:1 so I'm worried that if I've flopped it then I wont get this job and my life is gonna go t*ts-up...

    what course and what uni

As you realise it will cut you off from a large section of grad schemes and jobs. Its possible to get round , but it might take luck, patience and you sitting further exams.
