1. In my English language coursework I got 64/80 would someone be able to tell me how many UMS this is.
I know I need 180 UMS for a C. I sat the higher tier today, so how much do I need to have got to obtain that C ?
I'm really confused

Heya, which exam board is this for?

Edit: ignore me, it's in your title, I'll look this up

Okay, so the last year and the year before, 64 marks gives you both 95 UMS out of 120.

Your exam is out of 80 marks as well but gives you 180 UMS possible (add the two to give /300).

So if you just need a C then you need 180-95 = 85 UMS.

Based on last year's grade boundaries, you would just need 34 marks out of 80 to get a C overall.

To get a B you would need 42/80 in the exam.

To get an A you would need 52/80.

Hope this helps!
