    Can anyone remember ( in their sections) the q's from the AS edexcel politics paper 1?

    Electoral Systems:
    a) 2 differences between referendums and elections.
    b) arguments FOR elections promoting democracy
    c) assess the merits of electoral systems used in the UK

    Pressure Groups:
    a) 2 functions of PGs (I think)
    b) why do some PGs use illegal methods
    c) to what extent is power and influence of PGs increasing


    (a) Give two features of Parliamentary democracy.
    (b) Give three reasons for making voting compulsory.
    (c) To what extent has membership of the EU and devolution affected representative democracy in the UK?
