AB=DC because opposite sides in a parallelogram are equal, similarly AD=BC, and BD is common in both triangles, therefore congruent. SSS

Angles BAD and DBC are equal because opposite angles in a parallelogram are equal. The other thing you know about parallelograms is that opposite sides have the same length..
