1. I got different to everyone for the quadratic formula... did anyone get -2.29 and 0. something ????
2. (Original post by junayd1998)
I got 80.3

Tbh I think it depends if you rounded the sides or the angle 40.0005.. w/e or not I rounde dthe angle to 40 and some of the sides, because I couldn't write all on my calculator
3. cant be that cuz if u put that on the calculator it would of went over

There you go
That explains it . If you divide by 5.22 instead of 5.2 you get 80.1
5. Question 2b was 3(y+2) i think
6. (Original post by Waveyalex)
Perimeter was 10.25
It was 9.25 shes right
7. What do you guys think the grade boundary will be for an A*?!
First Probability Question - 9/20, 0.45, 45%, or equivalent
Crisp Packet Question - small is the best value
Pentagon Angle Question - 144 degrees
2 Triangles Question - 30.1 degrees
Parallel Lines Angle Question - 124 degrees
Last Question - 80.4 degrees
Simplifying Algebraic Fraction - 1/-3x-4
Subtracting Algebraic Fractions - 2x/x^2-x
Car Costs Question - £42.28
Car Value Question - the car's value was £7766.22, more than 1/2 of the original value.
Metal Bars Question- 3 (rounded from 3.4 as .4 of a bar wouldn't be used)
Multiplying algebraic expressions - 30abc
What is x if the perimeter is 45m? 9.25
9. I got 78.9 for the last one.

Got something like 31 degrees for the other trig question.

I got -2.29, but not 0 for the second one
11. I think they're both right. I checked when I went home, and 80.4 is the more accurate answer (when people didn't round up/down much), and whoever got 8.1 rounded the length of the line to 2.22 and so technically it's also the right answer, just a little bit less accurate. I expect that the mark scheme will give a range, maybe 80.1-80.4 or something like that.

Lol. He said he got max 130 and you're telling him the grade boundary for an A will be 140 ? How are you making him calm down ?

i was telling him an a so he knows what he didn't get i'm not calming him own i'm just saying. sorry for any inconvenience. btw WTF is your signature you freak

Yeah i got -2.29 (i think) and 0.29 or something like that
14. I got 78.9 for the last one.

31 for the other trig question.
15. (Original post by albertquar)
I got 80.1 on the last question, I felt so happy until everyone said they got 80.4
You probably rounded the answers you used rather than using the exact answer. By pressing ans on the calculator, you know that all the decimal places are considered.

If you divided by 5.2 at the in the bracket you get 80.4, if you divided by 5.22 you get 80.1
17. The non calc went a looooot better hope that boosts my grade. Think I'll get an A with around 65 on each??

19. (Original post by Coup)
I got 78.9 for the last one.

Got something like 31 degrees for the other trig question.
I got like 16. something for the normal trig question :/

and 80.3 for last one
20. (Original post by Anonymous20000)
Woouldnt 23 be 3x+4 because you cancel 3-x and x-3 out??
You cant cancel them out because in (x-3) x is positive while 3 is negative and in (3-x) x is negative while 3 is positive
