Is my student finance wrong?
Hi everyone,
Today I got a letter through the post outlining how much maintainence loan I will get.. however it is considerably lower than what is said on my entitlement summary online. Which do I trust, the letter or the online summary on my account?
Do I contact them yet to query it or should I wait a while and see if another letter is sent? Not keen on contacting them yet because I know they're not easy to get in touch with!
If this is common/has happened to anyone else then please let me know!

I would trust your payment schedule online as letters take time to arrive.
