Practical drawing - AQA AS Chemistry 7404/2

I was doing some questions and I can across these 2 in different papers.
Q1) Sketch the apparatus required to separate cyclohexanol from unreacted cyclohexene.
Q2)Sketch the arrangement of the apparatus required for the reaction of 2-bromobutane with potassium hydroxide in aqueous solution under reflux.

The Markscheme says:
Q1) Distillation apparatus
Q2) Condenser and round-bottom flask / pear shaped flask
Condenser in reflux position

I was wondering if both have the same apparatus like this:

The first one is distillation so Q1. The second one is the reflux apparatus, so it is the one required in Q2.
