Last week I had an interview which went very well.

On Sunday evening I received an e-mail informing me that I had been successful and that they wanted to arrange a second interview with me. They required me to provide my availability for the week for the interview.

I told them that I could make anything after 4pm as I had college, although I was able to get time off earlier in the day if they wanted to see me earlier. (That was sent Monday at lunchtime.)

I haven't received a reply since and it I going on Friday now.

Do I send a second email or just wait it out? I thought they would have contacted me by now...

Can you not just skip college for 1 day?

Yeah, the point is I told them my availability for a second interview as requested. I told them I can get time off college for the interview.

    They haven't responded.

I would try and call them directly. It will show your desire for the role too.

Call them, emails are easily ignored/missed when you're receiving 100+ a day.
