1. y= 2 sin(x+pie/4)help me to draw this curve please...range is 0<x<2pie
2. sub (x+pi/4)=z in, draw y=2sin(z), then translate it pi/4 units left

3. A good way of thinking about it is for example take where y meets x axis at 0, for y=sinx. Now it is saying x+pi/4 = 0 so x=-pi/4. The point that was previously at 0 is now at -pi/4 which is a shift to the left. That's how i think of it hope i didn't make it confusing. And for the number in front whatever value the function sin(x+pi/4) gives the output is 2x that.
