WJEC catering gcse (or other boards!)

My exam is on monday and due to a slightly odd (and rubbish) teacher, only two of my papers have been marked. So i was wondering if anyone could give me some tips on what do do answering the papers!

Is this unit 2 catering and hospitality? I do this and my course work was dairy which was graded A* and international foods which was graded A*. In the exam read whats being asked and dont go of topic most of the answers of common sense.
