WJEC English Lit/Lang, what can you talk about in your answer in terms of grammer?

I've been looking at how we structure our answers and I'm still not sure what you can quote for the grammar of a text. I understand sentence moods but a lot of other stuff really over laps into other topics like imagery. Any ideas?
