I have an interview with Travelodge this week for a receptionist - just wondered if anyone has ever had an interview with them before, what I should expect to be asked and any general tips?

So, I had the interview. They don't seem to like to employ people under 18 years of age (except housekeeping.) The interview was straight forward:
    - When have you shown initiative?
    - When have you shown teamwork?
    - Why do you want this job?
    - Tell me about yourself
    - Tell me about Travelodge
    - When have you given back to the community
    And then
    - When have your community values been compromised? (God knows what that was supposed to mean)

    The interview was formal.
