What is the hardest topic in second year of Pharmacy?
It'll be different person-to-person within a cohort, but also different between cohorts (i.e. different pharmacy schools teach different things in different years).

For me personally at Brighton, I found learning all of the trials associated with cardiovascular drugs rather cumbersome (HPS, ASCOT-LLA, HOPE, COPERNICUS) etc., because we not only had to know which drugs they involved, we also had to know specific trial data, e.g. how much the reduction in mortality was, what other drugs were patients on, trial sizes etc.

Not difficult stuff, just lots to memorise.
