I know I'm going to fail my science GCSEs both core and additional and I feel absolutely gutted😣 I don't know whether I'll be able to re-sit them when I go to 6th form. But I don't want a career in science I want to go into law or media but will not having science GCSEs limit my chance of getting into a good university?

Most unis aren't really bothered by GCSEs that aren't particularly related to whatever subject you're taking; they would prefer you to have GCSEs & A-Levels (especially the latter) in the subject at hand. As long as you get at least a C in english & maths GCSE you'll be fine.

Most universities don't tend to look at your GCSE's. However all Russell Group Uni's will look at your Maths and English result as well as any "relevant GCSEs" There are a few Russell Groups that will look at your full results, such as oxbridge, but you should be absolutely fine.
If you are really panicking you always have a chance at most colleges to resit a GCSE, but it shouldn't be necessary as the very few Uni's that check all GCSEs tend to not accept resits anyway, so it's purely a matter of self pride
    Good luck

If you're not applying for a Science degree, the University won't look at your Science GCSE. Maths and English are the important ones.

Don't worry, it's not a big deal.. as long as you've got at least C's in English and Maths, and 5 C's altogether at GCSEs then you'll be fine for the GCSE requirements. Science isn't essential but might be preferred by some universities; vast majority won't look at them for the courses you're thinking of applying to.
