Do A level grades matter when applying for postgraduate masters?

I've been predicted A*AB at A level and my grade requirements for uni are AAB for Biomedical Science. However, I've been working towards A*A*A this year. After a bad chemistry exam, I think I'm just going to meet my predicted.

Provided that I get in to my course, will higher or bear minimum A level grades make a difference once completing my degree in terms of employment / applying for a masters?

Thanks
No.

A levels make no difference - its your undergrad degree result that counts.
They will go on your CV though so you still want to work hard on them.
