Biology help with phosphorylation?

What is the difference between oxidative phosphorylation and substrate-level phosphorylation? I'm really struggling to get my head around this
Oxidative Phosphorylation involves the electron transport chain, I believe it is called Oxidative phosphorylation because the movement of electrons is caused by oxidation of the reduced carriers and substrate level phosphorylation occurs when Inorganic phosphate is added to ADP to give ATP (I think it is called this as there may be an off-spec. enzyme that combines them?)
