OCD

So I have mild OCD (runs in my family ) and I've found that whenever I'm doing past papers for subjects especially maths I become rly triggered and can't work. This is not the case in printed queuing in the format of the exam, but when doing questions on my own and it doesn't look neat or the handwriting doesn't look write I literally start again. This is really frustrating and time confusing. Anyone else feel the same way?? How can I improve this????
