That's correct so far.

(I'll use 't' instead of theta):

t^2 f(t) = t^2 [4cos(2t) + 5] = 4t^2 cos(2t) + 5t^2

So now you have 2 terms that you need to integrate. 5t^2 is easy.

4t^2 cos(2t) can be integrated using parts. Have a go at that and post your working.
