Inflammed penis glands and foreski

For the past 4 or 5 weeks every time after i have sex or masturbate the head of my penis gets red patches that arent sore to touch but trying to clean it does feel a tad uncomfortable. I dont reckon it is an sti as it shows imminetly after sex like its irritated which i understand would occur after vigorous sex but now smegma has increased on my penis and im not sure if it is balanitis? The redness etc began showing after i began a course of antibiotics for tonsilitis so i wonder if this has something to do with it as i have seen it on other websites as causing balanitis. I was considering going to the doct9rs but the symptoms go down after about a day but the increase in smegma recently has concerned me. I have also noticed my urine is cloudy. Could this be balanitis or what? And could the antibiotics have caused it? Cheerd in advance
Something is clearly not normal - it's possible the antibiotics are behind it, but it's GP time.
