What do you think about this girl?

So I've only recently started talking to a shy girl, I've seen her around at uni though.
We live in the same building but not the same flat.
She's really intelligent.
So i asked her for her number, she gave it to me. Id make jokes through text and she would just respond with "hahahah" or "hahah yeah that would be a shame"
Never really tries to like carry on the conversation. She takes a while to respond to my messages and likewise.

Should i just move on? Is she testing me, i don't know...
When we meet in person she always seems happy to see me though.

Your thoughts guys?

she's a shy girl so it means that she must not have interacted with lads a lot which is understandable :cute:

and giving lame responses is expected :lol:

you need to give a bit more time to adjust and then make a move :h:

She seems pretty much unresponsive to everybody else.
So i know its not just me. Short replies to everyone. She's genuinely just not a talkative girl.
