The Edexcel iGCSE Physics textbook claims that beta travels 500cm to 1000cm in air, but actually the most energetic beta radiation travels up to 2 metres, and on average beta travels only tens of cm. Hence 50cm is the correct answer.

Question 2 was the one about which wave has the highest frequency. I think I put visible light but I'm not sure if thats right. Question 3 was the digital signal one. The first part asked how can you tell that this is a digital signal and the second part asked how to change the signal to carry more information.
