I still haven't heard from two of my choices

I'm an EU student and I've applied a bit late (may) and I still haven't heard from two of my choices. I got two conditional offers and one of the unis who made it, sent me an email today demanding a reply to the offer until 23rd of June, what should I do?

Call the two outstanding universities and ask when they expect to respond.

Then call UCAS and report the university pressuring you to make a decision before your UCAS deadline...that's against the UCAS rules and shouldn't happen as you can't reply to your offers until you have a decision from all 5 choices.
