    Have you ever taken a cheat day too far? What's the most you've eaten?

    Here's how a recent cheat day of mine went down:

    Breakfast: Tea, 2 toasts, fried egg, beans, 2 hash browns.

    Breakfast part 2: Tea, 8 digestive biscuits, chocolate croissant.

    Snack: 2 packets of crisps, flake chocolate bar, Tea.

    Lunch: McDonald's - Big Mac meal, Mozzarella dippers, McFlurry.

    Dinner: Spaghetti Bolognese, 3 pieces of garlic bread, diet coke (obv).

    After dinner snack: Tea, slice of chocolate fudge cake, 5 digestives.


    As someone who's gained a bit of weight (around a stone...) over the exam period (I snack like crazy revising...), I am limiting my intake to around 1,200-1,300 calories a day. My ultimate cheat day would be the following;

    Breakfast - Full english (minus mushrooms and black pudding) with extra crispy bacon and a bagel.
    2nd Breakfast - Cereal with yogurt
    Elevencies - Cheese toastie
    Lunch - Toast with scrambled egg and beans with a little brown sauce mixed in
    Afternoon Tea - Fish and chips
    Dinner - Full rack of rubs with chunky crispy chips and BBQ sauce with a corn on the cop on the side SMOTHERED in butter followed by chocolate fudge cake and ice cream.
    Supper - Cheese burger and chips!
