Hi guys, I am worried about my grades, I applied Accounting and Finace in UEA and they offered me ABB and I firmly accepted that offer.

Now here's the worry, I am currently doing maths, chem , physics and Chinese A2.
    I think I can get:
Chemistry: C or maybe worse... But hopefully B
    Physics: E

In this case will I still get in ??

Sorry you've not had any responses about this. Are you sure you've posted in the right place? Here's a link to our subject forum which should help get you more responses if you post there.

You can also find the Exam Thread list for A-levels here and GCSE here. :dumbells:

Hey, how are you feeling about results now? Have a look at UEA's clearing places on their website and see if your course has vacancies or not, hopefully that will put your mind at ease because their more likely to be lenient in letting you in if your course isn't competitive 😊

You may or may not get in. In your best case scenario, you would be one above and one below in your grades which would equate to the same UMS score in the end compared to the original offer. When someone misses a grade the university look around at other candidates who hold the same/ similar offers and pick the more favorable ones, for example you'd be more favorable than someone who had ABC as you'd have AAC if that makes sense. Although, as adamanderson96 said, if your course is in clearing they may replace you with someone who did make the grades OR they may not it depends on the Unis decision. In short don't worry! My friend had a conditional offer to do engineering at The Univeristy of Sheffield last year of AAB, he got ABC in the end and they still let him in! Just try not to worry about it, enjoy the rest of or summer while it's still here Best of luck!
