First of all in mock exam, are you given a past paper or made up paper from the school.

Usually a past paper and usually it's different for each school so you probably won't find/make an 'unofficial mark scheme'.

Year 11 mocks are usually whole past papers if you've learnt the whole subject content.
Year 10 mocks tend to be different questions from different past papers, our teachers made up the questions for the English mock..

For science, you'll have quite often covered all of core/additional so you will probably do a past paper for those.
For others like maths then it's the new papers and you are unlikely to have finished all 112 topics so the school will make it up
If you're AQA for English they will probably make it up too as they won't want to use the lone specimen paper at this stage.
Of course, it's still school dependent, I'll be finding out tomorrow.
