0.84 = 21/25cos(theta-73.74)

Rearrange for cos(theta-73.74) --> cos(theta-73.74) = 1 and solve for theta --> theta = 73.74

Then use sintheta = Opposite/Hypotenuse using the picture in the question and sin73.74=7/H
