Okay so for those who don't know, KP (Keratosis Pillaris) is like those little lumpie bumps on your skin when you're cold but all the time. Also known as chicken skin, goose bumps etc.
I've had it basically forever but never knew it was a thing untill I randomly googled it one day. I've heard of and tried a couple of remedies but was wondering how many others here might have it or might know some good treatments.

I've tried moisturising, some "emulsifying ointment" from my doc and home remedies like sugar scrubs and milk baths. So far the best solution is milk baths* (easy and has a noticable effect) and sugar scrub (required a bit of prep if homemade, but gives noticable results). Also heard somewhere that salt in the bath helps I think. Not sure if it contributes but I add it anyway.
Moisturising or ointments seems to just make my skin sticky and means something I need to remember to do.
(*Interestingly milk powder in the bath doesn't seem to work, but a cup of fresh milk in there ans I notice some change as soon as i'm out.)

Well anyway not sure if there's really many people here with KP, but if there are I hope if there are that may have given you something to try and that you might have something to share too.
And to anyone else reading- don't underestimate home remedies. It' always worth a try cos if it dosen't work all you've lost out on is a cup of milk or something :P
