For Q12:

Question: What happens to the force on X when +2nC is added?

Would it not be from Y to X, since with 2nC added to both charges they would both be positive and so repel? Or did i missread the question?

They would both be positive but X will have a greater positive charge, so if a positive test charge is placed in the region between X and Y it will move towards X as the electrostatic repulsion from X is greater than that of Y, hence X to Y
18 so overall 54/55 should be an a

do you have pictures of the mc
22 or 23 if i can remember correctly

It asked for the force on X, no? The force acting on X would have to act towards it (i.e. Y to X).

I'm not sure, I put X to Y but you're better off asking Aaran if he'll be kind enough to take a picture
