# Edexcel maths GCSE 2016 grade boundary's??

Announcements Posted on
Why bother with a post grad? Are they even worth it? Have your say! 26-10-2016
1. What do you guys think the grade boundary's will be? I'm thinking it will be similar to the 2015 grade boundary's.
2. No it will be higher than that. I think it will be something like:

C: 69-71
B: 98-100
A: 133
A*: 162

Should look something like this; potentially higher even.
3. I predict:

A* - 170
A - 140
B - 110
C - 80
4. All I am gonna say is I thought the November 2015 paper was harder and that was 167 for an A*.
I think an A* will be 168-169
A- 136-141
B- 109-115
C- 78
But eh you never know what happens

They'll be definitely higher than last year, because last year was kinda an anomaly because most found it hard.

However, I doubt the A grade boundary will go 140 or over, because I don't think it has ever gone higher the 139 for an A. I'm just gonna say an A will be 135 because that paper was basically average, although I found both quite hard.

I predict:

A* - 170
A - 140
B - 110
C - 80
I predict your C and B boundaries will be massively wrong and your A and A* boundaries will both be above the real thing.
7. The grade boundaries won't change much, maybe by 1 or 2 marks.

A* will most likely be 164-166

Ikr, he says the boundary for a C will be 80, yet the grade boundary for a C has NEVER even gone above 70 lmao.

A - 140
B - 110
C - 80
Can't be that high
10. Do you guys think that 110-120 is a definite B?

Your prediction seems to make the most reasonable sense although I will say an A will prob 134 as since 2012 they have never used the same grade boundary twice

Yes. Must be
