Postgraduate application follow up
I've applied for a postgraduate degree and the bounce back email said I would hear back in 2 weeks.
Within 2 weeks I received a response asking me to write an essay to see how my skill set was in my chosen subject.
I replied within 10 days and I am yet to hear back (after nearly 2 weeks)
Would you follow up? And how?

If you haven't heard anything after 3 weeks of submitting the essay then send a 'please can you tell me when you might be able to make a decision about my application?' email, but don't hassle.
