How does a 16 y get a job?

So yh, I mean finding a job in a big company like Aldi, WhSmith, Asda, etc. any other big company in the retail industry. Do I go online or go to the shops or something. How?

I almost completed my cv. I already I'll be needing that at some point.( Also do I need a cover letter when I apply online)

most places do online applications (you likely won't need a CV or cover letter for this) but you can probably google for individual companies to see their procedures
